President of the agency was looking for a new VP with a highly specialized background in the beauty space to support one of their most valued, and long-standing clients. As a small/mid sized independent agency, finding the right experience, personality and cultural fit was crucial to the success in this search. Given the importance of the client relationship, not only was this search catered to the agencies preferences, but also working with their client’s expectations.
