With a goal to improve diagnosis, care, and support for millions of Canadians, this not-for-profit is a global leader known for tackling issues related to heart disease, stroke, and vascular cognitive impairment for more than 70 years.
Business Objective
With constant pressure to showcase to donors where the organization's efforts were going, but also to grow their donor base each year, this not-for-profit required cutting edge creatives and marketing expertise to launch successful campaigns, while also attracting candidates with a passion for their mission.
Each team within this not-for-profit has a high level of autonomy to accomplish their goals, which requires a catered hiring approach for each team member. The organization needed a recruitment agency who could provide strong talent quickly, with an emphasis on finding the right backgrounds and experience.
Our Approach
