Our Tech client is looking for their first Marketing Manager — a ‘swiss army knife’ who loves building integrated marketing strategies, has a mild obsession with getting things done and wants to make a big difference in a fast-growing company that’s making the world’s indoor spaces safer.

The Senior Marketing Manager will be a vital part of the company's growth and will be the driving force behind Marketing’s customer acquisition strategies. To excel in this role, you should be comfortable with operating across the full cycle of marketing but have demonstrated experience in demand generation, marketing communications, content marketing, and digital marketing.

What You’ll Do:

  • Working hand-in-hand with our Sales and Partnerships teams, you’ll map out our ABM strategy, supporting sales pipeline through targeted, iterative demand generation programs
  • Develop a deep understanding of our target accounts, their influencers, and decision-makers, to target them efficiently and effectively with optimum value propositions and messaging to generate interest and engagement.
  • Work closely with the Brand team to develop timely and relevant messages, and author sales enablement materials and content pieces
  • Work directly on web platforms to publish targeted content for prospects and customers
  • Work directly with customers and partners on their marketing and communications plan to generate awareness of the product with their employees and stakeholders
  • In collaboration with Sales and Customer Success, support the development of the company’s customer lifecycle communications strategy
  • Participation in the selection and management of multiple outside partners and vendors

What You Need:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing at a B2B technology or biotechnology company
  • Ability to work remotely and willingness to align your business hours with colleagues in Eastern Standard Time
  • Proven track record of developing and executing demand generation and sales enablement strategies
  • Experience managing external agency partners and freelancers
  • Experience tracking and using marketing and growth analytics for decision-making 
  • Comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as a long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs

  • A strong bias to action; communication and execution are critical success factors for this role
  • Experience working directly with marketing teams at Fortune 1000 companies 
  • Experience with Pardot/Salesforce/Google Analytics/HootSuite
  • Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams
  • An interest in public health, and a curiosity for the science
