We are seeking a talented Senior Manager, Consumer Marketing, for a full time opportunity with our client located in Etobicoke.


  • Develop, implement and track all direct-to-consumer marketing strategies and annual promotions
  • Strong people leadership with a passion for building a high functioning, collaborative and engaged team
  • Experience managing external vendors and agencies that drive action and measurable business results.
  • Lead the creation and strategy to further develop of the overall brand
  • Oversees and is responsible for consumer demand and lead generation efforts.
  • Leader and advocate for an exceptional customer experience and uses data to inform decision making on where to concentrate efforts to increase the satisfaction of every customer interaction.
  • Highly analytical and is drives decisioning through the collection of actionable data.
  • Engage with Leadership Team, key stakeholders and business leaders to develop annual brand strategy plans.
  • Aligned with the brand voice, maintain brand integrity across all platforms.
  • Design and develop standards for brand success.
  • Develop and monitor metrics to measure impact of all consumer marketing efforts and to identify areas of success and opportunity.

  • 7+ years’ experience in Communications with at least 2 years at a Senior Manager level
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience leading the internal teams and working closely with external vendors/partners
  • Strong leadership skills and a keen interest in the coaching and development of team members
  • Experience building and managing brands in both Canada and the US
  • Deep understanding of new and traditional North American media landscape
  • Keen ability to build relationships 
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and be a proactive, independent, decision maker to drive the business forward
  • Strong project management skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and a no-task-is-too-small mentality.
