We are seeking a Paid Advertising Specialist at with our award-winning agency client. 

As a Paid Advertising Specialist, you’ll be responsible for assisting in the implementation of integrated advertising programs. This role focuses on rapidly building multi-channel campaigns while collaborating with diverse teams. You will manage the clients’ digital presence, optimize campaign performance and drive results.   • Working closely within the Media team on planning, execution, and measurement of campaigns and channel performance
  • Managing campaigns including setup, on-going optimization, testing, and collaboration within the working teams
  • Preparing media trafficking documents for our clients and partners to ensure alignment with the campaign strategy
  • Assisting in developing and presenting final reports that help internal and external stakeholders visualize and interpret marketing and business results
  • Leveraging data from performance dashboards to better inform campaign strategies and provide actionable insights
  • Ensuring quality and solving technical issues as the last touch before campaigns go live

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising or relevant field.
  • 1+ years in media buying experience; with an emphasis on Google, Amazon, Facebook, or LinkedIn
  • An eye for emerging trends in media and marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem identification and resolution skills
  • An ability to listen, understand, and process information
  • A strategic mindset that can always understand the bigger picture
  • Attention to detail in the face of many moving parts
  • Familiarity with MS Office (particularly Excel), GSuite, Google Data Studio, and Google Tag Manager
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data into digestible and actionable pieces for clients
  • Agency experience is required
