We are working with a software company to help them find a detailed, highly organized Marketing Project Coordinator to join their Demand Generation team.

This role is a 6-month contract position with the potential for extension.

In this role, you will be working closely with the internal teams and external vendors to ensure that the project runs smoothly from conception to completion. 

Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day project coordination and content management
  • Analyze project requirements and create detailed assignments and schedules 
  • Set clear deadlines for various stages of a project
  • Coordinate, distribute and follow up assignments and schedules with internal teams and external vendors
  • Work with vendors and consultants and ensure they have the resources needed for their jobs
  • Meet with stakeholders to learn more about new project details and give progress updates on existing projects, communicating any issues
  • Monitor projects and workloads, adjusting assignments and deadlines accordingly
  • Submit a weekly report on project progress
  • Maintain and file job files
  • Manage a content calendar and execute on content publishing on the website
  • Support Website Optimization needs for the team

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years experience in Marketing Project Coordination/ Content Management
  • Bachelor’s degree, emphasis in marketing preferred
  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and communicate with manager and cross-functional teams for extended periods of time in a remote work environment
  • Strong ability to multi-task
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal & written)
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to coordinate, manage, and execute multiple marketing projects concurrently
  • Identify risks and problems and pivot projects as needs change
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth organization
  • A strong team player – comfortable and motivated working in a collaborative environment, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders
