Our client in the Web3 industry is looking for a well-equipped Marketing Director to join their team. In this role, you will play a key role in driving their growth, and taking a leading role in the next stage of their growth trajectory.

You have a proven track record of designing successful account based marketing programs, partnering closely with sales colleagues and optimizing local activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and monitor pipeline creation, optimizing integrated activities across all channels to maximize ROI
  • Manage a team of external vendors to plan and execute omnichannel marketing activities to generate top of the funnel qualified leads including email marketing, direct mail, webinar and lead nurture tactics that deliver a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads
  • Manage innovative multi-channel lead generation activities (SEO, SEM, Social, Direct Mail, Print Ads, etc.), conversion and nurture programs
  • Work closely with sales to plan and execute tactical Account Based Marketing programmes, to attract and convert target accounts into measurable pipeline
  • You will work closely with Sales colleagues to design, segment and execute programmes and be responsible for optimising and reporting on target attainment
  • Conduct regular marketing and sales reviews to present the impact of marketing activities on sales pipeline, identify gaps in strategy, and collaborate quickly and impactfully with colleagues to revise marketing plans to fill gaps
  • Collaborate with the CRO to plan and monitor top of funnel demand generation activity and identify supplementary initiatives by region, in order to support the nurture and conversion of leads into pipeline

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 8+ experience in the delivery of pipeline-generating
    marketing campaigns within a B2B organization, preferably in the tech space
  • Interest in the Cryptocurrency sector
  • Business-level English capabilities essential
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Relationship focused with ability to work creatively
  • Attention to detail, follow-through and deadline compliance
  • Experience within a high-growth, sales-driven organization
  • Experience of working with complex teams
