We are seeking a talent Director of Growth for a full time opportunity with our exciting client start up in the Media/Tech sector.  This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Manager in Growth Marketing to move up to the next progression as Director!  It is a chance to really be a strong part as defining the strategy, as well as executing on it while building a team in the future.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead the Growth Marketing team
  • Plan, execute, and manage paid + content marketing campaigns
  • Lead and own growth and strategy for all digital acquisition channels (Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, SEM/Google Ads, organic growth, new channels etc.)
  • Audit, review, and analyze user behaviour in an effort to continuously improve our conversion metrics
  • Serve as the main cross-functional leader for all things growth & marketing; communicating priorities, learnings, and opportunities to all departments
  • Manage web, eCommerce and SEO optimize blog
  • Drive optimization through CRO and A/B tests
  • Lead co-marketing partnerships with other top brands
  • Lead our marketing calendar and campaigns
  • Lead the tracking and analysis of performance on all channels
  • Be an owner of the brand ethos as we shape the future of the organization together

Requirements

  • 4+ years experience as a growth marketer, digital/eCommerce marketer, or other relevant role
  • Extensive experience with Shopify, Campaign Monitor, paid media and leading and executing cross channel marketing campaigns and launches
  • Self-motivated leader
  • Experience working in media or publishing industry, especially with newsletters and/or podcasts and or eCommerce, is a plus
  • Experience managing or mentoring more junior team members
  • Budget management, with a strong track record of delivering against monthly goals of revenue, subscribers, spend and retention
  • Team player, results and detail-oriented, self-starter who gets the job done
