Digital Marketing Project Coordinator

Our client, one of the most admired global tech companies, is looking for a Digital Marketing Project Coordinator to join their team on a 6+ month contract working 30-40 hours per week. In this role, you will be on a team of ten and will play a key role in ensuring the operations in Canada achieve their full potential from a marketing perspective.  This role will be responsible for both, executing key and defined tasks as well as look for ways to improve operational efficiencies to ensure goals are met on-time and on-budget with excellence across email marketing, digital marketing and budgeted partner operations.  

In this role you will primarily be responsible for:

  • Execute and improve on key and defined tasks pertaining to marketing operations
  • Set-up and manage relevant tracking pixels for various campaigns
  • Upload approved content to blog via CMS
  • Refresh retargeting and look-a-like audiences with social media partners
  • Support the set-up of lead generation programs (emails, forms, etc.)
  • Coordinate and traffic creative advertising assets across a variety of campaigns and platforms

Secondary tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Help improve key tasks pertaining to performance, financial reporting and operations
  • Help track marketing spend and pacing
  • Work with agency partners to ensure accurate spend documentation
  • Ensure monthly and quarterly reports are populated on-time and with excellence
  • Execute and improve key tasks pertaining to partner operations
  • Assist in the creation and progression of purchase orders, requisitions and SOWs
  • Be responsible for Canadian marketing budget management, reconciliation and actualization on a monthly basis


  • 3-5 years experience in marketing and/or media with an emphasis on digital marketing/media
  • Excellence in project management. There will be many concurrent and high velocity workstreams
  • Proactive management and communication are a must
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills that encourage partnership, promote enthusiasm, and foster strategic thinking
  • Deep experience working with Spreadsheets

A Big Plus if you have experience:

  • Working within a CMS
  • Working with Business intelligence tools
  • Experience with financial reporting systems 
  • Being part of creative development and production
  • Experience in testing, experimentation and analytics
