Our Crown Corporation client requires the services of a bilingual Customer Engagement Marketing Officer for about 15-20 hours per week to be the lead on management of day-to-day operations of their Customer Experience and Customer Loyalty Survey programs. This opportunity is an extended arm of the marketing team and will support the development and execution of innovation programs, establishing best practices around Customer Feedback and assist in other marketing related projects as needed. Note this role has potential to become permanent. 

This is a great opportunity to join an outgoing and energized team to support ongoing customer experience campaigns, expand their client reach, to create and manage their customer loyalty programs and participate with internal teams in the development of related marketing collateral and initiatives as needed. 

Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing, day to day activities will include:

  • Establish objectives and deliverables of the feedback programs with a goal of increasing customer awareness and engagement
  • Manage and capture of feedback with their internal platform tool, Delighted
  • Design and launch new surveys
  • Manage the delivery of Customer Loyalty Survey (Net promoter score)
  • Update new customer contacts in their internal system
  • Shares customer feedback via Alerts, Email, roundup, and trend reports
  • Manage the delivery of their Customer Experience Survey, interview customers in both official languages as needed
  • Gather results and trends from customer surveys, analyze and evaluate, provide feedback, and participate in solution development discussions
  • Project manage writing, editing, translation, and production of marketing materials as needed
  • Coordinate small events with internal marketing teams and internal business partners
Key requirements include:
  • Fluent in English and French language verbal communication and comfortable speaking with C-Suite executives
  • You are highly organized and have demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously to successful conclusion.
  • You have excellent English writing, proof-reading, and editing skills with attention to detail; and are comfortable speaking fluently in French (Business style of communication)
  • You are interested in working with Canadian exporters and foreign government buyer audiences.
  • Language Profile: English and French essential.
