We're hiring a brand side Art Director to focus on one of the largest wealth management companies. This is a fantastic opportunity if you get excited about bringing a brand to life, promoting it across 360 creative, and enjoy working closely with the brand teams to creative effective campaign launches.

You will be partnering with creative writers, production and studio teams, and in collaboration with ACD and ECD leadership, the Art Director is a key creative conceptual thinker to develop and visualize new ideas, brand campaigns, and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative concepts and ideas
  • Provide art direction on various projects from initial creative conception to completion
  • Convert rough ideas into visual prototypes (e.g., sketches, layout and drafts), and sharing concepts for creative presentations
  • Recommend, research, and develop imagery that supports the creative concept and strategy
  • Collaborate with the writer to build creative solutions that deliver on specific business objectives
  • Be accountable for the final development and production of creative assets
  • Ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and that the project meets or exceeds objectives
  • Present ideas and concepts for senior direction and creative insights
  • Ensure brand guidelines and directives are embraced and adhered to 
  • Explore new interpretations of the brand and develop out-of-the-box approaches to grow the brand
  • Play an active role in leading brainstorming sessions
  • Share ideas and insights on market trends, competitive marketing, or innovations
  • Leverage research, analytics and brand insights to develop effective ideas
  • Collaborate with teammates for their input and insights 

Experience:

  • Demonstrate expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud software 
  • Understand design applications in traditional and emerging channels
  • Able to clearly present ideas and gain buy in
  • High level of attention to detail, while able to deliver on budget and on time
  • Able to work well independently and within a team
  • Demonstrated creative conceptualization skills
  • Min. 3-5  years of experience as an Art Director
  • Clean, creative portfolio of previous work
  • Agency experience preferred
