Account Manager

Our client, a marketing agency specializing in not-for-profit clientele, is hiring a new Account Manager for their team. This position is a vital role to deliver an excellent client service experience to a wide variety of clients in the not for profit, charitable marketplace.
The Role:
- Ensure effective communication and positive productive working relationships with clients and internal departments
- Manage and navigate campaigns from concept to execution
- Work with clients as a direct liaison on all aspects of project planning, ensuring that the quality of service is unsurpassed including fielding client questions and complaints
- Analyze results against client budgets and identify successes and areas of concern and develop and maintain reporting
- Review data and reporting, and develop insights and recommendations
- Develop fundraising materials, including fundraising appeals and scripts
- Follow up on regulatory and compliance duties as necessary
- Update proprietary databases to maintain accurate information for all clients
The Must Haves:
- Experience as an Account Manager
- Charitable fundraising experience or knowledge of philanthropy
- Friendly and professional
- Self-motivated and very detailed oriented with an affinity for problem solving
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of diverse marketing channels
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Positive, confident team player
- Empathetic listener who enjoys meeting and talking to people with diverse experiences, skills, and backgrounds
