Our Agency client is seeking an Account Manager to join their team. You are the link. The glue. The doer. The connective tissue between the agency and the client, in the trenches every day. Without you nothing would get done.

 

The Account Manager works with the client building great relationships, asking great questions, translating requirements into briefs and developing and managing budgets while working with teams across the agency to deliver amazing deliverables. And you add value to everything that you touch.

 

The job in a nutshell (hint: it’s really, really important):

  • Constant contact with the client, understanding their strategy and direction, identifying areas to add to the company value and ensuring deliverables are on time and on point
  • Create briefs, budgets, timelines and work backs and stay on top – we deliver with excellence
  • Know the client's business and know the brand. Bring innovation, thought leadership and strategy insights. Use your digital strengths.
  • Lead weekly status meetings – follow-up and follow-through
  • Build relationships with fellow colleagues – creative people, digital gurus, strategy experts, etc.
  • Keep up to the minute on trends and news that impact your clients’ business
  • Get stuff done and use your curiosity to envision what could be next!
