Role Summary

In this role, the VP of Marketing will combine their marketing strategy, leadership, excellence, and hands-on execution to successfully carry out the objectives of the business – and ultimately achieve success.

Requirements

  1. Strong leadership skills, with proven experience as a Director, Head or VP of Marketing or other senior-level roles
  2. Experience with marketing tools and techniques, including digital (CRM software, web analytics, Google Adwords and Analytics, paid campaigns, social media) and strong understanding of SEO/SEM
  3. Demonstrated experience designing and implementing successful marketing campaigns, with a strategic and creative mindset
  4. College or University Degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field

Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement cohesive and creative marketing plans – including short- and long-term goals – to achieve business goals
  2. Oversee and monitor all end-to-end marketing initiatives – including automation, lead generation, Omni-channels, webinars, budget management, paid media, and content – with regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics
  3. Build relationships with external resources, media, and stakeholders
  4. Stay on top of trends, and conduct market analysis to identify challenges and opportunities for growth

Salary Range   $150K-200K
