Role Summary

As Vice President of Creative, you will be responsible for staffing, organizing, budgeting, and other creative tasks for the company – including leading efforts to develop and deploy creative campaigns in print and digital media.


  1. Demonstrated creative success in leading creative teams (UX/UI, Asset Production, Brand & Advertising) across multiple different products participating in multi-functional delivery with product, engineering, marketing, and growth
  2. 5+ years experience in creative strategy, creative, or relevant field with a deep portfolio of work
  3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to negotiate on behalf of the creative team
  4. Experience managing, educating, and training a large team of creative professionals


  1. Develop, lead and implement an innovative creative strategy for our company that drives product goals and features forward
  2. Direct and lead a high performing team of creatives across all channels including marketing and product
  3. Rigorously ensure the quality, performance, and timely execution of all facets of creative – including budgets
  4. Set the bar for hiring of additional members joining the organization, and proactively help scale the team to meet the needs of current and future business goals

Salary Range   $110K-180K
