Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Client Services to join our team. Reporting to our COO, you will power the employee productivity of a fast-growing global workforce of client service and operation teams. You will work with senior leadership, sales, finances, marketing, product, engineering, and customers to help determine the best way possible to meet the operations needs of the company as we scale. You will help drive customer satisfaction, product adoption, and business growth and help shape our operations strategy.

Requirements

  1. 10+ years experience in a senior leadership role in a client services and operations role for a software technology company in the ad tech industry
  2. End to end programmatic ad buying knowledge
  3. Excellent organizational skills and project tracking abilities; strong focus on results and attention to detail; the ability to work in a fast-paced, and energetic environment, yet able to maintain high-quality standards; project/task prioritization and schedule development
  4. Experience managing support, client services, implementation, and operation teams

Responsibilities         

  1. Leading, expanding, and mentoring the client services and operations teams through strategies, objectives, and Key Results along with hiring, coaching, and developing a world-class team
  2. Representing the voice of the customer and influencing internal stakeholders by promoting a customer-centric mindset across the organization
  3. Architecting the client services organization and solutions to leverage and scale in support of our revenue ambitions, including striking the right balance for the services and support offered to our broad range of customers.
  4. Partnering closely with our sales teams to retain and grow customer accounts, and to engage with leaders at customers organizations to define goals and leverage our products and services to achieve them

Salary Range   135K-155K
