Role Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and delivering design systems and interfaces centered on insights and research that address business needs across digital and mobile channels.

Requirements

1. 4+ years experience in Visual Design
2. A strong understanding of eCommerce UI best practices
3. A mobile-first mindset and ability to design responsive interfaces and interactions across devices and screen sizes
4. Great written communication skills to articulate UI and design decisions across stakeholders

Responsibilities         

1. Work with a team of designers and developers to help bring forth UI best practices that can drive customer acquisition, retention, and overall satisfaction
2. Implement beautiful aesthetic designs that match brand objectives across mobile and web digital products
3. Be the design advocate internally for the agency’s clients and ensure agency is designing with usability in mind
4. Build and maintain style guides for mockups, business rules, and working prototypes that focus on visualizing the intended user experience

Salary Range   $75K-100K
