Role Summary

Requirements

1. 5+ years of experience in UX Design
2. Expert understanding of design system theory and execution
3. Staying up to date with current UX methodologies, frameworks, and tools
4. You can quickly sketch and present ideas using visual tools (e.g. Sketch, Figma or G Suite)

Responsibilities         

1. Collaborate with the internal design and research team to establish the UX development process, including UX roadmaps, design guidelines, and best practices supporting the implementation of new and existing digital applications
2. Promote and advocate for UX design and customer-centric design thinking across the organization
3. Play an active role in the User Experience (UX) and Customer Experience initiatives (CX)
4. In collaboration with Brand, Design, and Development teams, support the development of our Design System to create a coherent interface across all lines of products

Salary Range   70K-80K
