Traffic Manager
Role Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all marketing collateral and work from account services flows efficiently to creative and production departments – including keeping everyone on task and projects on deadline, handling the logistics, and keeping all parties updated on the progress.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in marketing and/or advertising, including Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Well-rounded knowledge of print production, brand development, strategic planning, and the design industry
- Strong project management skills, organizational skills, and time-management skills, with knowledge of administrative software, including Microsoft Access; basic working knowledge of design or development skills/software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Proven track record with strong and effective customer relationships and solution delivery. Must be proactive, collaborative, driven, and seek excellence in execution of tasks
Responsibilities
- Manage internal traffic systems, create schedules and track project progress
- Route work for review and approval, archive files and assets, and open and close projects
- Work closely with the designers, and account/project managers to set project milestones
- Create project timelines and track schedules to ensure all deliverable deadlines are met on time and on brand
Salary Range $120K-185K
