Role Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all marketing collateral and work from account services flows efficiently to creative and production departments – including keeping everyone on task and projects on deadline, handling the logistics, and keeping all parties updated on the progress.


  1. 5+ years experience in marketing and/or advertising, including Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  2. Well-rounded knowledge of print production, brand development, strategic planning, and the design industry
  3. Strong project management skills, organizational skills, and time-management skills, with knowledge of administrative software, including Microsoft Access; basic working knowledge of design or development skills/software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
  4. Proven track record with strong and effective customer relationships and solution delivery. Must be proactive, collaborative, driven, and seek excellence in execution of tasks


  1. Manage internal traffic systems, create schedules and track project progress
  2. Route work for review and approval, archive files and assets, and open and close projects
  3. Work closely with the designers, and account/project managers to set project milestones
  4. Create project timelines and track schedules to ensure all deliverable deadlines are met on time and on brand

Salary Range   $120K-185K
