Shopper Marketing Manager
Role Summary
In this role, the Shopper Marketing Manager will own the path to purchase by developing and implementing objectives, strategies, and executions across in-store and digital marketing programs that drive categories and share growth with our customers.
Requirements
- Post-Secondary Diploma/Degree in Business or Marketing
- 5+ years experience in the CPG industry
- Demonstrated experience and success in a similar Shopper Marketing Manager role
- Working knowledge in the design, production and distribution of both customer and consumer facing print, digital, and merchandising support materials
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of comprehensive Shopper Marketing plans and programs that build brand equity, drive incremental merchandising, and deliver category growth utilizing insights and expertise
- Own the customer planning process which includes, brand strategic initiatives, customer feedback, supply chain expectations and timelines, pre-line review, and line review processes
- Lead POP development alongside Brand Marketing teams: POP objectives, volume forecast, budgeting, creative brief, agency briefing, in-market execution, and post-analysis
- Work with both Brand Marketing and Sales teams to lead and manage the development of selling materials including Product Catalogue, Product Information Guide, Product Samples, Product Playbook customer price lists, and product specs
Salary Range $65K-105K
