Role Summary

In this role, you will work both independently and with the writers and editors on editorial content to ensure that we send out error-free and on-brand communications.


  1. 4+ years experience in an agency or in-house environment on B2B and/or B2C communications
  2. BA degree (English or Writing preferable)
  3. Proficiency in both AP and Chicago styles, with the ability to switch between the two seamlessly
  4. Deep understanding of the differences in style between Canadian and American English, and demonstrable experience editing copy in both


  1. Ensure error-free and on-brand editorial and promotional content including articles, blog posts, videos, email campaigns, landing pages, case studies, presentation decks, and more
  2. Catch typos, quell disagreements between subjects and verbs, and help misplaced modifiers find their proper homes
  3. Create and maintain editorial style guides
  4. Work quickly and balance various, shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment—all while maintaining a strong attention to detail and quality

Salary Range   $50K-70K
