Role Summary

We need an eagle-eyed Proofreader with exquisite attention to detail who will work closely with the studio, copywriters, and account managers to ensure quality and consistency across all output. The successful candidate will become a brand guardian to ensure the highest quality and consistency for our clients.

Requirements

1. 2+ years professional proofreading experience (online and omnichannel retail preferred)
2. Deep familiarity with AP style
3. Basic understanding of SEO best practices
4. Basic to intermediate Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office proficiency

Responsibilities         

1. Manage deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
2. Help create best-in-class copy that balances business goals with the needs of the target audience
3. Fact-check marketing details, product information, and additional statements as needed
4. Remain aware of the intended audience and wider social context, and act to protect the company’s messaging interests when necessary

Salary Range   50K-60K
