Role Summary

Requirements

1. 5+ years experience working in mobile production, remote production, or production management
2. Strong working knowledge of safety regulations related to the business
3. Project management skills, and employee training skills and knowledge
4. Advanced knowledge in software packages appropriate to the business

Responsibilities         

1. Overseeing the employee workforce in the department
2. Managing scheduling for maximum workforce efficiency
3. Evaluating, adjusting, and creating new policies and procedures as needed for effective operations
4. Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed

Salary Range   $80K-115K
