Role Summary

Our client is looking for a growth-focused and data-driven Product Manager. This key hire will be at the forefront of implementing innovative growth strategies and tactics to drive meaningful growth through both organic and paid initiatives. Their ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment and will be exceptionally effective at prioritizing technical projects.

Requirements

  1. 5+ years experience as a digital Product Manager
  2. You have demonstrated success leading end-to-end development of complex digital products
  3. You are a strong communicator, able to work effectively with clients and stakeholders to accomplish goals
  4. You are equally competent interfacing with clients, users, creative, and development to lead a successful build

Responsibilities         

  1. Create a compelling product vision & roadmap to deliver an end-to-end product experience that customers love from self-discovery and self-registration through self-purchase and self-renewal. Partner with customer success, design, engineering, marketing, technical support, and other product managers to optimize customer journeys and drive positive NPS scores
  2. Drive product delivery with agility, well-written documentation, and clear communication, partnering with design teams to articulate customer journey mapping, visioning, epics, user stories, designs sketches/wireframes, interaction flows, prototypes, and visuals to enable engineering teams
  3. Learn directly from customers, guiding them in their journey while continuously discovering and validating product hypotheses
  4. Identify and reduce friction points in each step of the experience to drive faster conversion and higher conversion rates

Salary Range   80K-90K
