Role Summary

You will help bridge the gap between customer problems and design/engineering execution.

Requirements

1. You are proficient with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, InVision, or other similar tools)
2. You have experience working with cross-functional teams delivering complex projects
3. At least 5 years of UXD experience, with 2 years designing consumer-facing applications (web, mobile)
4. You have expert visual and graphic design skills

Responsibilities         

1. Effectively communicate design strategies and ideas to all stakeholders
2. Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to bring designs to life
3. Lead and mentor other designers based on our growth needs
4. Identify opportunities to experiment and introduce new design patterns to meet our customers’ needs

Salary Range   75K-80K
