Role Summary

In this role, you will develop campaign strategies that help capture potential clients’ attention and keep existing customers’ loyalty by determining the campaign’s target demographic, the best time to run the campaign and decide which medium to use.


  1. Post-secondary education in either business or communications
  2. A passion for customer service and a natural ability to collaborate and work in a team setting
  3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create trusting relationships with both clients and suppliers
  4. Knowledge of Google Analytics and how to measure the success of campaign efforts beyond the click


  1. Undertake the required research to understand the client’s business objectives, challenges, target audiences, budgets, and advertising strategy
  2. Under the guidance of the Media leadership team, help develop media strategies, plans, and recommend campaign tactics with a focus on digital channels
  3. Based on the approved media plan, book and manage media placement space as required
  4. Facilitate and coordinate the trafficking and delivery of digital formats to all media channels/partners

Salary Range   $50K-75K
