Marketing Project Manager
Role Summary
In this role, the Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end execution of marketing projects, from strategy and planning to creative execution to analysis – managing multiple projects across all marketing channels that help achieve business goals.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience in project management with a proven track record delivering complex, integrated marketing campaigns
- Highly motivated and organized, with strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate and communicate with other team members. You are comfortable delegating to others regarding what needs to be done
- Excellent technical skills in MS Office, and other project management tools like ProofHQ, Workfront, Workamajig, etc. Knowledge of data analysis and tools is required
- Strong time management skills, and ability to troubleshoot and juggle multiple marketing projects
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day tasks of project planning and execution – including managing schedules, developing program and platform documentation, templates, QA, and tools to meet deadlines and achieve results
- Lead the team by establishing clear goals and communicating strategies to drive effective teamwork, collaboration, and commitment – ensuring team members are up to speed and have the tools to succeed
- Manage internal data processes, and continuously analyze data to inform marketing activities to identify opportunities and improvements for new and existing projects
- Identify, assess, track, and mitigate risks at multiple levels specific to each project, anticipating and communicating deviations from a plan or schedule, taking corrective action – and informing key stakeholders when necessary
Salary Range $70K-90K
