Role Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for managing software that streamlines marketing campaigns, tests and analyzes workflow, lead generation, and identifies tactics for improvement. Your goal is to use automation to drive inbound and outbound marketing efforts by leveraging CRM software to help our teams work smarter and faster.


  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, or relevant field
  2. Demonstrated proficiency with CRM software like Hubspot/Salesforce, including other automation software like Marketo/Oracle Eloqua
  3. Experience working on email marketing campaigns (building and managing email automation processes and workflows), lead generation, and Google Analytics – using data to drive results
  4. Excellent project management and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment


  1. Develop email templates and automations, marketing landing pages, and data workflows using HTML, CSS, Javascript, SQL, etc. for tasks associated with automated marketing campaigns
  2. Work closely with other team members (lifecycle, product, brand, marketing) to strategize and build scalable marketing automation infrastructure and codebase for omnichannel campaigns – including collaboration with data teams to determine technical requirements to implement marketing automation functionality
  3. Run A/B tests, track, measure, and analyze campaign performance – identifying areas for improvement and segmentation
  4. Excellent understanding of data compliance and best practices

Salary Range   $70K-140K
