Role Summary

As Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the growth marketing strategies by finding the right channels, planning and executing end-to-end demand generation programs to acquire new business, meet goals, and increase revenue.

Requirements

  1. 3+ years experience in growth marketing/demand generation, with a proven track record of past campaigns
  2. Data-driven with an analytical mindset, and the ability to create reports to track campaign performance. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Google Analytics, and other Management systems required
  3. Sound understanding of drivers of performance across internal and external marketing channels to achieve awareness engagement, acquisition, conversion, and retention goals
  4. Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional team members

Responsibilities         

  1. Create, manage, and experiment with new acquisition campaigns – including A/B testing and optimizing campaigns to achieve growth targets
  2. Work collaboratively with cross-functional team to develop and deliver growth strategies that drive scalable growth, and meet other marketing KPIs
  3. Track, measure, and report campaign performance, analyzing ROI and areas for improvement
  4. Manage SEO and social media (including paid social, budgets) marketing efforts to drive acquisition and customer growth

Salary Range   $70k-140k
