Role Summary

The executive producer’s role is to have command over all aspects of the media production teams across the entire spectrum of design. They will have responsibility for online strategy, planning, roadmap development, and execution.

Requirements

  1. Excellent communication – written, oral, technical – must be able to communicate effectively with creative’s (artists and designers), technical (programmers), and non-technical (PR and Marketing) alike
  2. Experience establishing/improving processes and pipelines that increase levels of efficiency, quality of work, and company profitability
  3. Must be a successful project, budget, and people manager, able to build and sustain an effective team within agreed timelines
  4. Minimum of 2-4 years experience leading multi-disciplinary teams

Responsibilities         

  1. Works to establish and maintain the product vision, scope, schedule, budget, and resource plan
  2. Proactively manage the product lifecycle, from understanding a concept or the current state, assessing gaps, defining key capabilities, working across the organization to develop requirements
  3. Works with the production team to manage day-to-day development issues; able to identify problems in advance and implement creative solutions to fix them
  4. Identify and removes roadblocks that prevent the team from performing to their highest potential

Salary Range   75K-115K
