Executive Creative Director
Role Summary
In this role, you are responsible for driving our creative products, ensuring that your teams’ work matches the highest standards in the industry. You will oversee all creative projects – from execution to post-review – while managing, mentoring, and developing your team.
Requirements
- 15+ years’ experience in agency, creative, or related field
- Excellent communication skills and a meticulous eye for detail
- Experience in both campaign creation and digital experience design, preferably in the automotive industry
- Proven ability to deliver award-winning creative work on time and within budget
Responsibilities
- Oversee all creative in the office, including leading the creative on major clients
- Develop, implement and monitor the annual creative department growth plan
- Provide ongoing personal mentorship to the creative department
- Be the creative presence at creative management and town hall meetings
Salary Range $110K-180K
