Director, Social
Role Summary
Responsible for leading a team in developing and executing innovative digital media plans. This role includes the development of strong teams and successful client relationships. This individual will serve as a team lead for the execution of world-class digital campaigns.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience working at an agency leading social media for brands
- Knowledge of the latest social media platforms, best in class brand engagements, and an understanding of what “leading edge” social is
- Knowledge of the technology behind the platforms to drive successful tactics in organic and paid
- Experience growing teams and being seen as a strong coach and mentor
Responsibilities
- Manage, coach, and guide integrated team across the creative service line of content strategists, community managers, and content creators
- Oversee teams who are publishing social content daily and be able to provide guidance on content and boost content where needed
- Establish strong social strategies and map out campaign roadmaps/communications plans across all the social channels
- Drive best in class processes, reporting, and insights across teams
Salary Range 70K-80K
