Role Summary

Responsible for leading a team in developing and executing innovative digital media plans. This role includes the development of strong teams and successful client relationships. This individual will serve as a team lead for the execution of world-class digital campaigns.

Requirements

  1. 7+ years of experience working at an agency leading social media for brands
  2. Knowledge of the latest social media platforms, best in class brand engagements, and an understanding of what “leading edge” social is
  3. Knowledge of the technology behind the platforms to drive successful tactics in organic and paid
  4. Experience growing teams and being seen as a strong coach and mentor

Responsibilities         

  1. Manage, coach, and guide integrated team across the creative service line of content strategists, community managers, and content creators
  2. Oversee teams who are publishing social content daily and be able to provide guidance on content and boost content where needed
  3. Establish strong social strategies and map out campaign roadmaps/communications plans across all the social channels
  4. Drive best in class processes, reporting, and insights across teams

Salary Range   70K-80K
