Role Summary

In this role, the Director of Influencer Marketing will manage successful social and influencer marketing campaigns and identify opportunities that align with our brand.


  1. 7+ years demonstrated leadership experience in a social media and influencer marketing role, with 3+ years of experience managing direct reports
  2. Undergraduate degree or equivalent
  3. A proven track record of managing successful social and influencer campaigns, with exceptional people skills – including verbal, written, and presentation communication skills – and project and time management skills
  4. Ability to work well under pressure, and adapt in a dynamic and evolving industry


  1. Lead the overarching strategy and day-to-day execution of all influencer marketing efforts for our brand – providing strategic guidance, feedback, and crisis management best practices – and guiding internal team across partner success, campaign management, sales, UGC content sourcing, and operations
  2. Own the influencer measurement suite: including modeling, establishing KPIs, demographics analysis, measurement, calculating return on investment, and real-time reporting
  3. Leverage data to guide strategies in the development of influencer creative briefs, ensuring campaigns align with our brand and adhere to budgets and timelines
  4. Foster external influencer relationships and advise the team on influencer and agent negotiation – including effective partnerships with 3rd-party vendors (video production, event production, musicians, artists, and other partners)

Salary Range   $140K-190K
