Role Summary

In this role, the Director of Communications will strategically develop and implement Marketing and Communication plans across all communications channels that engage clients, employees, and audiences. You will be responsible for the communication strategy across marketing media, social media, white papers, and PR.


  1. 8+ years of professional communications experience with a proven track record of outstanding results
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; a confident communicator at all levels – both written and verbal – with accomplished presentation skills
  3. Demonstrated understanding of social media and marketing, and the creation of brand communications campaigns
  4. Creative flair, and proven experience leading a collaborative team, including project management skills

** University Degree/College Diploma, or equivalent experience in Communications


  1. Develop an effective multi-channel Communications and Marketing Strategy that delivers against set targets; including defining core brand values, overall narrative, and brand messaging with the support of the communications team
  2. Work collaboratively with marketing and creative teams to lead, build, and manage the brand’s digital presence – ensuring multi-media content is aligned with brand communication strategy, including crisis management, audience engagement, and editorial content calendars
  3. Create and maintain a structured Communications and Marketing calendar detailing events, new product launches, shows, and campaigns – including the budget necessary for such
  4. Create and support an inspirational communications environment to connect employees with the organization’s purpose, goals, and strategy

Salary Range   $110K-165K
