Role Summary

As a senior member of the Brand and Marketing Strategy team, you will play an integral part in the development and growth of our brand and be charged with developing outstanding communication, digital, and marketing strategies.

Requirements

  1. 8+ years experience as a Brand Strategist, with proven experience leading fully integrated brand strategies
  2. 5+ years experience conducting research and competitive analysis, with proven ability to translate data, ideas, and insights into achievable objectives
  3. Proven ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent communication and presentation skills
  4. Proven leadership qualities, including informing, educating, and inspiring a team to meet expectations

Responsibilities         

  1. Develop measurable integrated brand, communication, and engagement strategies that effectively meet business objectives
  2. Drive meaningful strategies through brand messaging, experience mapping, social media content, and activation
  3. Work collaboratively with other specialist teams – technology, creative, account, data – to leverage research and skills, and identify relevant and actionable opportunities for growth and engagement in line with defined KPIs
  4. Lead, brief, and inspire your team on research and analytics that informs all brand strategies; and oversee that creative content, data, experience designs, research programs, content plans, etc., align with the brand strategy – and deliver business objectives

Salary Range   $180K-220K
