Role Summary

For this role, the successful candidate will have a driven, creative, and entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing the growth strategy for the company, working collaboratively with internal stakeholders and colleagues to set the team’s agenda and overall growth strategy.


  1. Undergraduate Degree in Business, or related field
  2. 10+ years experience in marketing with proven growth leadership skills
  3. Deep understanding of organic and paid marketing channels, and proficiency with running performance marketing campaigns, data and attribution tools, deep analytics, and performance monitoring
  4. Strong attention to detail, with a strategic mindset and the ability to think creatively and multi-task in a deadline-driven environment. Communication skills are important in this role


  1. Help define a company’s growth strategy and develop creative experiments that prioritize scaling the business
  2. Analyze data to drive growth decisions, identifying areas of opportunity within product, strategy, and marketing
  3. Guide, mentor, and develop the team across multiple disciplines of Growth and campaigns
  4. Collaborate with internal and external teams to manage budgets across all marketing channels, including Organic and Paid channels

Salary Range   $140K-190K
