Role Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for driving awareness and engagement of new leads across all business segments, and nurture leads into marketing qualified leads – so business revenue and sales targets can be met.


  1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing, or equivalent experience
  2. 7+ years experience in demand generation leadership and execution
  3. Experience managing a marketing budget with accountability for financial results
  4. Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, 6Sense, ZoomInfo, CaliberMind, or similar platforms


  1. Drive marketing funnel growth and engagement aligned with overall business revenue targets by exponentially increasing the volume of MQLs and the conversion rates on-site landing pages from owned awareness and engagement campaigns
  2. Create and execute a data-informed marketing channel segmentation strategy
  3. Provide exceptional Demand Generation Leadership by building a team of experts in marketing channels across media, CRO, lifecycle (CRM) marketing, and in-deal support; excelling at cross-functional strategy and operations with brand, communications, content, and product marketing; and being an expert in quantitative analysis to provide insights and steer experimentation within the team
  4. Support product marketing’s go to market/feature releases through strategic channel plans and execution

Salary Range   $80K-100K
