Role Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing the use of creative resources on all assigned accounts by understanding the ongoing assignment changes (scope, timing, etc.) – including the management of creative workflow.


  1. 5+ years of relevant agency experience
  2. Generates and pursues innovative ideas to improve the processes of forecasting creative needs, assigning creative resources, and evaluating contributions
  3. Offers solutions to staffing challenges
  4. Effectively manages and motivates creative teams so they remain focused and meet deliverables


  1. Operates as a functional conduit between Creative and Account management by working in advance of assignments to assess implications and anticipate workload needs
  2. Attends status meetings and collaborates with Creative Resources Team and Account Management throughout creative development and stays informed of timing, scope, and priority changes
  3. Receives and reviews new assignment briefs to ensure assignment syncs with forecasting and to understand actual creative needs (scope of assignment, timing, and priority)
  4. Evaluates the available creative resources (aptitude, work-style, and workload) against creative needs

Salary Range   $65k
