Copy Editor
Role Summary
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing our content editing needs in a fast-paced environment with a focus on quality and attention to detail. You will act as the last stop in quality control before publishing.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience as a copy editor, or similar field
- Bachelor’s degree in a writing or marketing-related field (English, Creative Writing, Screenwriting, Advertising, etc.)
- Experience editing for an in-house content or agency team
- Highly responsive with acute attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Leverage and refine the company’s editorial guidelines to produce a consistent experience for our audience and customers
- Assist content contributors from various teams, including Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, etc. to improve their ability to create high-quality assets
- Consistently improve the quality and impact of our words through suggestions, education, attention to detail, and workflow improvements
- Be an advocate for brand voice and implement another layer of editorial accuracy
Salary Range $50K-70K
