Role Summary

We are looking to hire a Community Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the social media accounts for a number of our priority brands. You will be responsible for the daily monitoring of the channels, consumer responses, daily measurement tracking, and be the online voice of a group of our brands.

Requirements

  1. Digital marketing credentials (Facebook Blueprint, Google Adwords)
  2. Experience with social media scheduling tools (Sprinklr, Hootsuite)
  3. Experience with social listening platforms (Crimson Hexagon, Brandwatch)
  4. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, and Pinterest

Responsibilities         

  1. Work with creative and strategic team in the creation of original and dynamic content for several social platforms according to the strategies implemented for each brand within portfolio
  2. Conduct social media monitoring on a daily basis
  3. Daily monitor conversations, and proactively highlight opportunities for deeper engagement and interaction
  4. Suggest and implement various innovative marketing strategies that will resonate with consumers

Salary Range   55K-65K
