Role Summary

In this role, the Chief Marketing Officer will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities in the organization at an executive level.


  1. Demonstrated expertise in growth modeling, data analysis, and experiment-driven marketing
  2. “In-depth understanding and strong working capabilities with digital marketing technologies, including attribution and web analytics, web UX optimization, and channel-level expertise (SEO, SEM, paid social, affiliate, digital PR)
  3. Proven experience in leading and managing a high-performing marketing department
  4. Excellent communication capabilities and a strong visual design sensibility


  1. Define and lead the marketing strategy to support short-term and long-term business objectives
  2. Build/manage a data-driven marketing team to achieve growth and communication in existing and new markets
  3. Manage omnichannel marketing platforms, and scale and optimize marketing spend to drive business objectives
  4. Develop and manage KPIs related to growth and retention, revenue, and unit economics

Salary Range   $140K-255K
