Chief Marketing Officer
Role Summary
In this role, the Chief Marketing Officer will be responsible for overseeing all marketing activities in the organization at an executive level.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in growth modeling, data analysis, and experiment-driven marketing
- “In-depth understanding and strong working capabilities with digital marketing technologies, including attribution and web analytics, web UX optimization, and channel-level expertise (SEO, SEM, paid social, affiliate, digital PR)
- Proven experience in leading and managing a high-performing marketing department
- Excellent communication capabilities and a strong visual design sensibility
Responsibilities
- Define and lead the marketing strategy to support short-term and long-term business objectives
- Build/manage a data-driven marketing team to achieve growth and communication in existing and new markets
- Manage omnichannel marketing platforms, and scale and optimize marketing spend to drive business objectives
- Develop and manage KPIs related to growth and retention, revenue, and unit economics
Salary Range $140K-255K
