Role Summary

In collaboration with cross-functional teams, the Brand Manager will be responsible for the creation and implementation of strategic marketing and communication activities to help build the brand and meet business goals.


  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  2. 3+ years experience developing brand and marketing strategies, with proven ability to lead and manage teams
  3. Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to turn data insights into actionable marketing approaches
  4. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with high attention to detail. Highly organized, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment


  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies for the target market – including campaigns, events, budgets, etc. – ensuring that messaging is aligned with brand and company values
  2. Research and analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity to help inform and increase brand value and profitability
  3. Measure and report data on campaign/marketing efforts that assess KPIs and ROI
  4. Collaborate with different teams – marketing, creative, legal, etc. – to execute successful marketing tactics

Salary Range   $75K-100K
