Brand Manager
Role Summary
In collaboration with cross-functional teams, the Brand Manager will be responsible for the creation and implementation of strategic marketing and communication activities to help build the brand and meet business goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years experience developing brand and marketing strategies, with proven ability to lead and manage teams
- Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to turn data insights into actionable marketing approaches
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with high attention to detail. Highly organized, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for the target market – including campaigns, events, budgets, etc. – ensuring that messaging is aligned with brand and company values
- Research and analyze consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activity to help inform and increase brand value and profitability
- Measure and report data on campaign/marketing efforts that assess KPIs and ROI
- Collaborate with different teams – marketing, creative, legal, etc. – to execute successful marketing tactics
Salary Range $75K-100K
