Requirements

1. 4+ years experience in art direction
2. 3+ years of demonstrated experience in design, marketing, and communications
3. Genuine desire to collaborate with creatives and a passion for design
4. Proven experience developing Internet commerce, electronic marketing, and online brand management and integration

Responsibilities         

1. Build and guide a world-class creative team ready to contribute innovative solutions to client accounts
2. Promote continuous improvement and a culture of excellence and accountability
3. Perform strategic account planning with senior management
4. Conceive and create experience design solutions that fulfill strategic business objectives

Salary Range   $115K-155K
