Role Summary

We are currently seeking an Account Director to plan and execute on all aspects of data-driven marketing and digital messaging campaigns. The Account Director will liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams, lead the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs; and improve on the client-agency experience.


  1. At least 5-10 years of experience in an agency, technology, or consulting environment with vast experience in marketing, technology, software sales, or communications
  2. Strong understanding of leading enterprise marketing technology and data platforms
  3. A strong understanding of an enterprise digital ecosystem and experience in digital transformation
  4. Strong negotiation skills


  1. Responsible for the ownership of one or more core accounts/clients within a focused industry discipline
  2. Act as a trusted advisor with senior client stakeholders (VP, Director, Manager) and internal partners
  3. Support the Group Lead in developing value-added communications, thought-leadership, strategic counsel, industry knowledge to our client partners and internal team members
  4. Own and manage explicit revenue targets, pipeline of projects, and overall financial success of your client(s) and project-level margins

Salary Range   90K-100K
