Account Director
Role Summary
We are currently seeking an Account Director to plan and execute on all aspects of data-driven marketing and digital messaging campaigns. The Account Director will liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams, lead the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs; and improve on the client-agency experience.
Requirements
- At least 5-10 years of experience in an agency, technology, or consulting environment with vast experience in marketing, technology, software sales, or communications
- Strong understanding of leading enterprise marketing technology and data platforms
- A strong understanding of an enterprise digital ecosystem and experience in digital transformation
- Strong negotiation skills
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the ownership of one or more core accounts/clients within a focused industry discipline
- Act as a trusted advisor with senior client stakeholders (VP, Director, Manager) and internal partners
- Support the Group Lead in developing value-added communications, thought-leadership, strategic counsel, industry knowledge to our client partners and internal team members
- Own and manage explicit revenue targets, pipeline of projects, and overall financial success of your client(s) and project-level margins
Salary Range 90K-100K
