Role Summary 

We are looking for an Account Coordinator who will play an integral role in account administration and client support. Our ideal candidate is an individual who has strong interpersonal skills to act as a liaison between the client and our internal teams for the retrieval of information, is detail-oriented to gather and draft client documents, is a collaborator who is looking to be a part of the team to facilitate and address client needs, is eager to learn and grow professionally in a highly flexible and fast-moving environment.

Requirements

  1. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems
  2. Strong ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work in a busy, demanding fast-paced agency
  3. Ability to work under pressure and take on volume, while maintaining quality
  4. Detail-oriented, well-organized, solid time management skills, and self-motivated

Responsibilities         

  1. Work cross-functionally with the agency to complete projects
  2. Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, and budgets
  3. Coordinate and patriciate in client status calls and client tactical calls/meetings
  4. Response to client inquiries

Salary Range   40K-50K
