Job Summary
Reporting to the Head of Operations and Co-Founder, the CRO Strategist will primarily focus on developing and implementing appropriate CRO strategies, running data-driven and scalable optimization tests, reviewing performance and developing testing roadmaps with the focus and end goal being a strong improvement of user journeys and conversion rates on our patron websites.  
Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver against agreed project timelines and business targets
  • Collaborate with other Leads, Jammers, and key stakeholders to scale, and optimize DTC eCommerce websites and drive increased site conversion rates, performance, and returns to assist our patrons in achieving and surpassing their goals
  • Develop and lead the implementation of optimization roadmaps for patron websites
  • Prepare and execute data-driven roadmaps based on patron priorities
  • Approach all decisions and work using a data-driven mindset, testing, learning, improving, and optimizing patron journeys and user experiences
  • Communicate with key stakeholders and patrons regularly and clearly on roadmap updates, new opportunities, insights, and results
  • Lead the development and refinement of CRO systems and standards operating procedures as well as building out the agencies CRO tech-stack and testing platforms
  • Oversee and participate in a variety of projects 
Qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience in a CRO or eCommerce growth role executing on accounts
  • At least 1 year of experience in a CRO strategy lead role
  • Strong digital strategy skills 
  • Highly performance and success oriented
  • A deep understanding of web and DTC eCommerce optimization and conversion 
  • Proven experience meeting and exceeding CRO goals 
  • Experience in conceiving, planning, implementing, and learning from optimization, testing, usability, and targeting initiatives
  • Extensive experience in influencing and shaping eCommerce web experiences in close collaboration with UX and Dev
  • Analytical thinker with demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable levers
  • Experience leveraging digital industry-leading technologies and tools  
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Must be a true self-starter and thrive as a trailblazer in a fast-paced work environment
  • Experience pioneering CRO approaches, process, and methodologies is a coveted asset
  • Experience leveraging analytics and CRO tools like Google Analytics, Hot Jar, Nosto, Optimizely, and similar is preferred
  • Deep experience with Shopify and Shopify Plus—or equivalent leading platforms
