Job Summary

Reporting to the Co-Founders, the Growth Coordinator supports various marketing and sales projects and initiatives with a strong focus on internal growth, improving effectiveness, and ultimately helping pb+j to meet our growth goals.  The role requires a desire to learn quickly and broadly, as well as a focus on initiatives that will get various marketing and growth projects across the finish line. Some elements of the role are more task focused, some are project focused, and others will include providing real-time assistance to one of the Co-Founders and other Jammers.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in administrative aspects of the sales process;

  • Coordinating external contractors to complete various growth projects across multiple channels;

  • Assist in various sales and marketing activities such as setting up and deploying outreach and nurturing campaigns/workflows in various marketing softwares such as HubSpot;

  • Coordinate asset creation for pb+j and Commerce Chefs podcast social and/or email, including coordinating external contractors;

  • Manage social media channels for pb+j and Commerce Chefs podcast, including scheduling weekly and monthly content and basic interaction/comment management;

  • Assist in the management of Commerce Chefs community (launching in Fall 2021);

  • Working with external production company; coordinate and schedule Commerce Chefs guest and host recording;

  • Act as point of contact for Commerce Chefs podcast guests; responsible for collecting required release forms, headshots, any other required documents from guests;

  • Responsible for specific and measurable growth goals and objectives along with the Co-Founder;

  • Monitor marketing and growth spend to ensure both remain within quarterly budget allocations;

  • Assist in the planning and execution of various sales and marketing processes and systems improvements in core software such as Hubspot, Asana, and PandaDoc.

 

Qualifications:

  • 3 years experience in a project, marketing, sales or other comparable Coordinator role 

  • 3 years of experience managing brand social media accounts

  • Experience in a digital, creative, or growth agency is preferred

  • Experience managing projects and following different project management methodologies is a strong asset

  • Strong ability to consistently deliver quality work under tight deadlines

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • An empathetic coordinator who pushes for the best possible solution while staying aware of project constraints 

  • Ability to communicate effectively and confidently inside and outside the business to reach client and agency goals

  • Strong presentation skills and rationalization of work

  • Strong oral and written communications skills

  • Proficiency using: HubSpot Suite—including CRM and automation build outs (workflows, sequences, etc.)—Asana— including template and automation build outs via Zapier—Google Suite and Squarespace / website CMS basics are highly desirable for this role
