We are seeking a talented Brand Associate for an exciting contract to permanent role with an established and forward-thinking financial client.

You will be working in a dynamic environment, alongside dedicated, energetic, and analytically-driven peers. As an Associate on the Brand Team you’ll be recommending, developing, coordinating and measuring marketing strategies that drive meaningful business impact. You’ll work collaboratively with various internal stakeholders and with agency partners to consistently develop and deliver best-in-class innovative marketing campaigns that are on-target and on-brand.


  • Consult, develop, execute and recommend in-market campaign strategies supporting our overall business goals by using strong insights, analytical storytelling, media planning, and measurement skills

  • Come to the table with evidence-based recommendations that are grounded in data and are equipped with a strong measurement plan

  • Lead projects by developing detailed work-back schedules and ensuring all elements of the project are on track by working with teams across the organization and external agency partners

  • Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholder such as operations, legal, creative, and data teams to ensure marketing campaigns are delivered on-time, and within budget

  • Provide valuable feedback for great creative and business results 


  • You are an expert at writing creative and media briefs that serve as one of the first steps in getting the job done

  • You bring brag-worthy advertising and media planning experience to the table. You understand a good media planning strategy when you see it, know how to optimize when needed and aren’t afraid to challenge the status quo with innovative solutions

  • Customer obsessed – you have a track record of translating insights into tangible business impact and the passion to uncover and solve consumer problems 

  • Solid experience taking a campaign from briefing through launch and assessment

  • Right and left brain smarts – you value creativity and can also think strategically

  • Strong analytical chops – you are proficient at using data in your recommendations 

  • Strong project management and organization skills

  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding objectives

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce or related field

  • 1-2 years of experience in advertising and/or media planning is a must

  • 2-3 years experience in a marketing/brand role in a data-driven organization

  • Experience with data visualization is a nice to have
